Return Policy

The Beach Grove Cafe & Boutique ships across Canada and the USA using several reliable shipping services including Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, Chit Chats, and USPS. 

Once an order is placed, it will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Your order should arrive to you within 5-7 business days from the day it has shipped. Please expect delays during sales or holidays.

We do not process orders over the weekend. Orders placed on Friday after 5PM PST will be shipped the following Monday.

All orders are subject to change based on availability. You will be notified within 24 hours if the item you ordered is no longer available.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

Many of our items are eligible for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling costs) within 15 days of the purchase.

Large items such as cabinets, coffee tables, lighting, bed frames, and rugs are final sale. We ask that you ensure the item is suited for your home before purchasing by measuring your space. If assistance is needed in your decision-making please email us at beachgrovecafe@gmail.com. We can offer styling advise and in person photographs of larger items.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment on file once all items have been received and inspected by our team. Please allow 7 business days for the return to process.

Please note: Some of our items are made of natural materials and may have colour variations or natural imperfections. These variations are not considered defects and therefore are not eligible for a refund.

SHIPPING RETURNS INFORMATION:

Please contact us at beachgrovecafe@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.

We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs must be covered by the customer to return the items before an online gift card is issued.

Shipping and handling will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return: your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), and earrings.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Please provide photo evidence of the item, the condition of the box, and your order number. We will contact the postage company and issue you a refund.

LARGE ITEMS POLICY:

Larger items such as cabinets, coffee tables, lighting, and bed frames are available for purchase solely in the Lower Mainland region of BC. We work with a reliable white glove delivery service that will not only ensure your item arrives safety but assembled as the finished product. You will be contacted within 48hrs of placing your order with an approximate timeframe. Because of the varying stock levels, lead times may take up to a few weeks. Every item has a different lead time based on availability, distribution, and shipping. If you require a particular delivery timeline, we ask that you contact us prior to making an order.

LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS:

Please present your order name and number upon arrival. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of purchase.

IN STORE RETURN POLICY:

Our in store return policy is exchange or store credit.  No refunds. 

Bring in the item(s) that you no longer want and exchange for other items in our shop or receive a store credit.
