Return Policy
Our return policy is exchange (in store only) or store credit. No refunds or cancellations.
If local returns/exchanges does not apply to you:
- Please contact us at beachgrovecafe@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
- We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Shipping costs must be covered by the customer to return the items before an online gift card is issued.
- Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return: your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), and earrings.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For online order pickup: please present your order name and number upon arrival
DISCLAIMER:
- All orders are subject to change based on availability. You will be notified within 24 hours if the item you ordered is no longer available.
Damaged items:
- Contact us at beachgrovecafe@gmail.com for returning damaged items
- Please provide photo evidence of the item, the condition of the box, and your order number. We will contact the postage company and issue you a refund.
Exchange:
- Valid in store only
- Bring in the item(s) and exchange for anything else in our shop. We will issue a store credit if the total is lower than what you paid for.
Shipping Policy:
- Due to the pandemic, shipping times can be adversely affected.
- Orders ship within 3 business days
- We do not process orders over the weekend. Orders placed on Friday after 5PM PST will be shipped the following Monday.
- All orders are subject to change based on availability. You will be notified within 24 hours if the item you ordered is no longer available.
- Local pickup orders must be picked up within 7 days of purchase.
